El Paso Cafe is a family-owned business that is operated with our cherished customers in mind. You will walk into a family-friendly environment and enjoy weekly entertainment! Along with a great ambiance, friendly staff and quality food with bold flavors, we are sure that you'll have a great time with us. We hope that the efforts of our family owned business reflects in your experience when you visit. We want you to feel right at home and a part of our family when you're here.
El Paso officially opened up for business in 1992. We realized Arlington, VA needed a taste of delicious Tex-Mex food and a place to enjoy a great margarita. Expect a great atmosphere that is set up in the former Buckingham post office to preserve the history of the location. We've always strived to serve up something special for everyone which is a tradition that continues today!
Drink and food specials
It was an unexpected, but pleasant surprise to have the former president, George W. Bush walk through our doors in October 2001. Along with his wife, friends, his security and local news fanfare. They ordered and enjoyed our homemade salsa and enchilada platters! So to show honor to the president, we hand painted the chair he sat in, which now sits in the ceiling banister of our restaurant.
